Brazil Business Visa

  Consular Jurisdiction is now enforced. In order to for us to obtain the Brazil business visa for you, you must live in one of the following states: New York, New Jersey, Connecticut, Pennsylvania or Delaware.  
  We Need The Following From You:  
  1  Actual passport, signed, valid at least 6 month beyond stay with blank visa page
        US passport page 22, 23 and 24 are not visa pages and won't be acceptable for visas.
2  Copy of your driver's license showing you reside in the jurisdiction
3  One visa application form per person, completely filled-out and signed
4  One recent passport-type photograph (please glue or staple the photo to the application form)
5  Copy of round trip ticket, or itinerary showing flight information and dates of departure to and from Brazil.
6  Original business letter on company’s letterhead (from the US company, not Brazilian company), addressed to: "Consulate General of Brazil, Visa Section, New York, NY."; stating employee’s name and title; purpose of travel; the dates and lengths of the stay; contact in Brazil and guarantee trip expense in Brazil and return airfare.   Forms of Payment:  
        We accept money order, cashiers check, bank check, certified check, company check or cash. Please make check or money order payable to VisaRite Services Inc. You can write the total amount on one check or money order, no need to send separate checks or money order.
      You may also pay by credit card. If you select this option, please fill out and sign one credit card charge authorization form and enclose it in your application package. 		 
     
  Remarks:  
 

      If applicant is not a U.S. citizen: Please provide a copy of the US Alien Resident Card for foreign residents and/or a valid visa or document to return from Brazil to the US or to another country
      For filming or documentary it is required a special authorization from the “Secretaria para o Desenvolvimento Audiovisual” of the Ministry of Culture, to be obtained directly by a Brazilian partner
       For those who attending conferences or seminars, need to provide a Letter Of Invitation from Brazil. The applicant must not be paid by organizations/companies in Brazil.
      Return Shipping Fee listed is for return addresses within the continental U.S. If your return address is in Alaska, Canada, Hawaii, Puerto Rico or the US Virgin Islands, please include an additional $10.00 per order.
