Consular Jurisdiction applies. In order to for us to obtain the Brazil tourist visa for you, you must live in one of the following states: New York, New Jersey, Connecticut, Pennsylvania or Delaware.

We Need The Following From You:

1 Actual passport, signed, valid at least 6 month beyond stay with blank visa page
US passport page 22, 23 and 24 are not visa pages and won't be acceptable for visas.
2 One visa application form per person, completely filled-out and signed
3 One recent passport-type photograph (please glue or staple the photo to the application form)
4 Copy of round trip ticket, or itinerary showing flight information and dates of departure to and from Brazil.
5 Please complete and print the Visa Service Request Form

We accept money order, cashiers check, bank check, certified check, company check or cash. Please make check or money order payable to VisaRite Services Inc. You can write the total amount on one check or money order, no need to send separate checks or money order.

You may also pay by credit card. If you select this option, please fill out and sign one credit card charge authorization form and enclose it in your application package.

Remarks:

For those who is married, going to Brazil as a tourist and the spouse is not going together, needs to provide a letter from the Employer indicating the purpose of the trip is for leisure, not related to business.

If applicant is not a U.S. citizen: Please provide a copy of the US Alien Resident Card for foreign residents and/or a valid visa or document to return from Brazil to the US or to another country

If applicant is a minors under 18 years of age: Please provide the original birth certificate and a copy. Copies presented without the original must be notarized.

Minors traveling alone or with only one parent also need a consent form, signed by both parents, and legalized by a notary public.

International certificate of vaccination against polio for children between ages of three months and six years. If the child cannot be inoculated, a notarized letter from the child’s physician.

For scientists, professors and researchers who attending conferences or seminars, need to provide a Letter Of Invitation from Brazil. The applicant must not be paid by organizations/companies in Brazil.

Return Shipping Fee listed is for return addresses within the continental U.S. If your return address is in Alaska, Canada, Hawaii, Puerto Rico or the US Virgin Islands, please include an additional $10.00 per order.
