Your Brazil visa processing site depends on where in the United States you currently reside, also known as jurisdiction. We can help you only if you reside in New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania or Delaware. Proof of residency, such as photocopy of driver's license is required.

We Need The Following From You:

1 Actual passport, signed, valid at least 6 month beyond stay with blank visa page

US passport page 22, 23 and 24 are not visa pages and won't be acceptable for visas.
2 Complete the visa application form , print and sign 2 copies.
Each applicant must complete an eVisa Application for Brazil on SCEDV web site . Once you click the link, the SCEDV web site will be opened on a new window. Please click "VISA REQUEST" under "VISA" Section on the low left side. An application number will be assigned to you once you have completed the information. You are required to submit a signed receipt. The signature on the receipt must be original, not faxed or photocopied. Also, the signature should match the one in your passport.
3 Two recent passport-type photograph (please glue or staple the photo to the application form)
4 Copy of round trip ticket, or itinerary showing flight information and dates of departure to and from Brazil.
5 Proof of residence in the Consular Jurisdiction (eg. Copy of drivers license, Utility bill etc)
6 FBI clearance issued within the last 3 months, certifying absence of criminal record.
7 Approval of contract by Brazil Ministry of Labor or regional Brazil Department of Labor arranged by your Brazil Sponsor required. Processing of visa cannot commence until approval has been faxed to the Consulate General of Brazil in New York.
8 Please complete and print the Visa Service Request Form

Forms of Payment:

We accept money order, cashiers check, bank check, certified check, company check or cash. Please make check or money order payable to VisaRite Services Inc.

You may also pay by credit card. If you select this option, please fill out and sign one credit card charge authorization form and enclose it in your application package.

Remarks:

Return Shipping Fee listed is for return addresses within the continental U.S. If your return address is in Alaska, Canada, Hawaii, Puerto Rico or the US Virgin Islands, please include an additional $10.00 per order.
