Your Brazil visa processing site depends on where in the United States you currently reside, also known as jurisdiction. We can help you only if you reside in New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania or Delaware. Proof of residency, such as photocopy of driver's license is required.

We Need The Following From You:

1 Actual passport, signed, valid at least 6 month beyond stay with blank visa page

US passport page 22, 23 and 24 are not visa pages and won't be acceptable for visas

2 One visa application form per person

Each applicant must complete an eVisa Application for Brazil on SCEDV web site . Please note the Visa Application Form in on. Once you click the link, the SCEDV web site will be opened on a new window. Please click "VISA REQUEST" under "VISA" Section on the low left side. An application number will be assigned to you once you have completed the information. You are required to submit a signed receipt. The signature on the receipt must be original, not faxed or photocopied. Also, the signature should match the one in your passport.

Minors under age 18 must submit a notarized copy of birth certificate. Application receipt for minors must be notarized and signed by both parents.

3 Copy of your driver's license showing you reside in the jurisdiction

4 One recent passport-type photograph

5 Copy of round trip ticket, or itinerary showing flight information and dates of departure to and from Brazil.

6 Please complete and print the Visa Service Request Form

Forms of Payment:

We accept money order, cashiers check, bank check, certified check, company check or cash. Please make check or money order payable to VisaRite Services Inc. You can write the total amount on one check or money order, no need to send separate checks or money order.

You may also pay by credit card. If you select this option, please fill out and sign one credit card charge authorization form and enclose it in your application package.

Remarks:

For those who is married, going to Brazil as a tourist and the spouse is not going together, needs to provide a letter from the Employer indicating the purpose of the trip is for leisure, not related to business.

If applicant is not a U.S. citizen: Please provide a copy of the US Alien Resident Card for foreign residents and/or a valid visa or document to return from Brazil to the US or to another country

If applicant is a minors under 18 years of age, please provide the original birth certificate and a copy. Copies presented without the original must be notarized.

If applicant is a minors under 18 years of age, parents must sign the consent form "Authorization to Issue Visa to Minor". It must be signed by both parents legalized by a notary public. 2 copies are required.

International certificate of vaccination against polio for children between ages of three months and six years. If the child cannot be inoculated, a notarized letter from the child’s physician.

For scientists, professors and researchers who attending conferences or seminars, need to provide a Letter Of Invitation from Brazil. The applicant must not be paid by organizations/companies in Brazil. Consular Fee is $60 more for these conferences or seminars participants.

Return Shipping Fee listed is for return addresses within the continental U.S. If your return address is in Alaska, Canada, Hawaii, Puerto Rico or the US Virgin Islands, please include an additional $10.00 per order.
