| 1 | Original passport with at least 6 months validity beyond stay and blank
visa page
US passport page 22, 23 and 24 are not visa pages
and won't be acceptable for visas. |

| 2 | Two form per person, completely filled-out and signed |

| 4 | A cover letter from your company (or from yourself if traveling individually) with information on the traveler, destination, terms and purpose of the trip. | |||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
| 5 | Letter of Invitation from Hosting Organization in Russia. The Hosting Organization must be certified by the Russian Foreign Ministry | |||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
| 6 | Round trip flight itinerary from airlines or travel agency Russian visa will be issued strictly according to your travel itinerary. If you change your travel date, you will need to apply for a new visa and pay the fees again. |

| Citizens from either a Shengen State, Estonia, Finland or Israel must
send details of their Insurance with their visa application. Failure to
provide correct details of your insurance cover could lead to the refusal
of your visa. |

| For citizens of the following countries, proof of permanent residency in the United States (photo copy of the green card) and own letter of invitation must be provided. We accept money order, cashiers check, bank check, certified check, company
check or cash. Please make check or money order payable to VisaRite Services
Inc. You can write the total amount on one check or money
order, no need to send separate checks or money order.
You may also pay by credit card. If you select this option, please fill
out and sign one credit
card charge authorization form and enclose it in your application package.

|
Russian Business visa applications are accepted only within 45 days of the
proposed entry date to Russia. Please apply only within 45 days of the date
of travel.
A multiple entry visa is only available for people who have been
issued a Russian visa before. A copy of your previous Russian visa should
be enclosed in your application for a multiple entry invitation. If this
is your first visit, you are only eligible to obtain a single or double
entry visa for 1 to 3 months.
If the visa support invitation has been sent by Interior Ministry
telex directly to the Russian Consular office in New York, please note that
processing time begins upon the Consulate confirms receipt.
It is recommended that you carry copies of your visa support with
you to Russia. You must register your visa at a local OVIR or Police Station
within 72 hours of arrival in Russia. |
