We Need The Following From You:  
 

 

 
1 Original passport with at least 6 months validity beyond stay and blank visa page
US passport page 22, 23 and 24 are not visa pages and won't be acceptable for visas. 		 
     
2

Submit and Print Visa Application Form online (Please save your application user name and password)
Print and sign 2 copies, if you request multiple entry. See conation for multiple entry in remarks.

  
     
3 Two recent passport-type photographs  
     
4 Original letter of Invitation or Telex Confirmation. All state and private companies/organizations based in Moscow and other regions should process their invitations through the Russian Ministry of Foreign Affairs/its regional representative offices or Russian Ministry of Internal Affairs/its local visa offices.  
     
5 Round trip flight itinerary from airlines or travel agency
Russian visa will be issued strictly according to your travel itinerary. If you change your travel date, you will need to apply for a new visa and pay the fees again.		  
     
6 Additional Requirement  
Non-US Passport holder needs to provide copy of the Green Card or other evidence of US permanent residency status  
  Citizens from either a Shengen State, Estonia, Finland or Israel must send details of their Insurance with their visa application. Failure to provide correct details of your insurance cover could lead to the refusal of your visa.
  
  For citizens of the following countries, proof of permanent residency in the United States (photo copy of the green card) and own letter of invitation must be provided. List of countries: Afghanistan, Algeria, Bangladesh, Bosnia, Chad, Egypt, Ethiopia, Germany, India, Iran, Jordan, Lebanon, Nigeria, N. Korea, Pakistan, Palestine, Rwanda, Saudi Arabia, Somalia, Sri-Lanka, Sudan, Syria, Turkey, United Arab Emirates, Vietnam.  
  For stay exceeding 3 months, or multi entry visa, a HIV test required  
  On the basis of reciprocity, mandatory medical insurance is required, for the citizens of Estonia, Israel, as well as for the citizens of Schengen Agreement Member States (Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Iceland, Italy, Luxembourg, Norway, The Netherlands, Portugal, Spain, and Sweden).

Forms of Payment:  
        We accept money order, cashiers check, bank check, certified check, company check or cash. Please make check or money order payable to VisaRite Services Inc. You can write the total amount on one check or money order, no need to send separate checks or money order.
      You may also pay by credit card. If you select this option, please fill out and sign one credit card charge authorization form and enclose it in your application package. 		 
     
Remarks:  
 

Russian Business visa applications are accepted only within 45 days of the proposed entry date to Russia. Please apply only within 45 days of the date of travel.
A multiple entry visa is only available for people who have been issued a Russian visa before. A copy of your previous Russian visa should be enclosed in your application for a multiple entry invitation. If this is your first visit, you are only eligible to obtain a single or double entry visa for 1 to 3 months.
If the visa support invitation has been sent by Interior Ministry telex directly to the Russian Consular office in New York, please note that processing time begins upon the Consulate confirms receipt.
It is recommended that you carry copies of your visa support with you to Russia. You must register your visa at a local OVIR or Police Station within 72 hours of arrival in Russia.
Former citizens of Russia MUST submit a Certificate of Renunciation of Citizenship from the Russian Embassy.
Former citizens of Soviet Republics MUST submit a copy of their old passport, even if they are no longer valid.
