| 1 | Original United States passport with at least 6 months of remaining validity
and blank visa page
US passport page 22, 23 and 24 are not visa pages
and won't be acceptable for visas. |

confirmation from authorized Russian travel company which shows the reference
number and confirmation number for the visa. |

| If Individual Travel: Confirmation of hotel arrangements from authorized Russian travel company, or directly from the Russian hotel, showing reference number and confirmation number for the visa. | |||||||||||||

fee of $25 will apply. It takes 1- 2 extra days to obtain. |

We accept money order, cashiers check, bank check, certified check, company
check or cash. Please make check or money order payable to VisaRite Services
Inc. You can write the total amount on one check or money
order, no need to send separate checks or money order.
You may also pay by credit card. If you select this option, please fill
out and sign one credit
card charge authorization form and enclose it in your application package.

Russian Tourist visa applications are accepted only within 90 days of the
proposed entry date to Russia. Please apply only within 90 days of the date
of travel. The
Russian Tourist visa is usually issued for a single entry, for the cities
specifically mentioned on the invitation, and the specified dates up to
a maximum of 30 days stay. The period of stay cannot be extended in Russia.A
double entry visa may be issued upon specific request. Applicant must attach
a brief letter explaining why the double entry is needed.
If the visa support invitation has been sent by Interior Ministry
telex directly to the Russian Consular office in New York, please note that
processing time begins upon the Consulate confirms receipt.
If a minor is traveling alone or with one parent, a letter of consent
is required from the absent parent(s). If there is a mismatch in the last
names, then a copy of the minor's birth certificate is required.
It is recommended that you carry copies of your visa support with
you to Russia. You must register your visa at a local OVIR or Police Station
within 72 hours of arrival in Russia. |
