Effective July 1, 2011, all applications for Russian visas submitted in the United States should be prepared using the electronic visa application form which is a web-based application. Russian visa applications prepared using the old format or in a different way will not be accepted after July 1, 2011. |

| Standard tourist Confirmation and Voucher (visa
support letter) from the authorized hosting Russian travel agency, registered
with the Russian Ministry of Foreign Affairs. The confirmation and voucher
should contain full name of the traveler, date of birth, passport number,
date of entry/departure, itinerary, the agency's reference number, registration
number, official seal and signature of the authorized person; Hotel booking statement is not valid for obtaining a tourist visa. |

| Russian tourist visa can be issued for not longer than 30 days! When entering Russia with a tourist visa, you could be also asked to present your tourist confirmation, voucher and a return ticket with a fixed date of departure from Russia at the border checkpoint. You must also prove that you have sufficient funds for your trip. | |||||||||||||
| If you would prefer, we can obtain the Standard Tourist Confirmation and
Voucher (AKA "Visa Support") for you. Additional fee of $25 will
apply. It takes 1- 2 extra days to obtain. |

| Russian visa will be issued strictly according to your travel itinerary. If you change your travel date, you may need to apply for a new visa and pay the fees again. | |||||||||||||

We accept money order, cashiers check, bank check, certified check, company
check or cash. Please make check or money order payable to VisaRite Services
Inc. You can write the total amount on one check or money
order, no need to send separate checks or money order.
You may also pay by credit card. If you select this option, please fill
out and sign one credit
card charge authorization form and enclose it in your application package.

Russian Tourist visa applications are accepted only within 90 days of the
proposed entry date to Russia. Please apply only within 90 days of the date
of travel. The
Russian Tourist visa is usually issued for a single entry, for the cities
specifically mentioned on the invitation, and the specified dates up to
a maximum of 30 days stay. The period of stay cannot be extended in Russia.A
double entry visa may be issued upon specific request. Applicant must attach
a brief letter explaining why the double entry is needed.
If the visa support invitation has been sent by Interior Ministry
telex directly to the Russian Consular office in New York, please note that
processing time begins upon the Consulate confirms receipt.
If a minor is traveling alone or with one parent, a letter of consent
is required from the absent parent(s). If there is a mismatch in the last
names, then a copy of the minor's birth certificate is required.
It is recommended that you carry copies of your visa support with
you to Russia. You must register your visa at a local OVIR or Police Station
within 72 hours of arrival in Russia.
Former citizens of Russia MUST submit a Certificate of Renunciation
of Citizenship from the Russian Embassy.
Former citizens of Soviet Republics MUST submit a copy of their old
passport, even if they are no longer valid. |
