US Citizen Russia Entry Requirements
The Russian government maintains a restrictive and complicated visa regime
for foreigners who visit, transit, or reside in the Russian Federation.
A U.S. citizen who does not comply with Russian visa laws can be subject
to arrest, fines, and/or deportation. Russian authorities will not allow
a U.S. citizen traveler with an expired visa to depart the country. |

SPECIAL NOTE ABOUT VISA REGISTRATION: According to Russia migration law,
you must register your visa within THREE business days upon arrival in Russia.
Visas can be registered either at a hotel where you’re staying or
at local police precinct. |

Russia Tourist Visa issued to foreigners who enter Russia temporarily
for tourism, sightseeing, visit family/friend or other private purposes.
Tourist visas are issued for a duration of stay up to 30 days. Single entry,
double entry tourist visas are available. |

Double entry Russian tourist visa could be issued to the travelers to
the CIS countries only. In this case you have to obtain a visa to the country
of your final destination first, than you may apply for double entry Russian
tourist visa. In order to obtain double entry tourist visa you need to provide
of booked air tickets, hotel or cruise reservation showing both entries.
