U.S. passport, signed, valid at least 6 month beyond stay with blank
visa page
US passport page 22, 23 and 24 are not visa pages
and won't be acceptable for visas. 2 One visa application form per person, completely filled-out and signed 3 Two recent passport-type photograph (color or black and white) 4 A business letter from your company addressed to "Taipei Economic and Cultural Office (TECO), Visa Section" explaining the purpose of the trip, guaranteeing financial support 5 Copy of round trip ticket, or itinerary showing flight information and dates 6 Please complete and print the Visa Service Request Form  |
