Consular Jurisdiction applies to Taiwan Visas. Jurisdiction
is determined based on your state of residence. Currently we only process
Taiwan Visa Application for residents in New York, New Jersey, Connecticut
and Pennsylvania. |

Visa is not required for stay up to 30 days (for US, UK and Canadian
passport holders).

A Taiwan visitors visa is usually issued as multiple entries valid for 1
to 5 years at the discretion of the visa section of Taipei Economic and
Cultural Office. Period of stay not to exceed two months each entry.
Passport must have at least six months remaining validity (from the date
of entry into Taiwan) and contain at least one blank visa page for visa
to be issued.
Traveler must hold confirmed ticket (and valid visa, if applicable) to next
destination country.
Traveler
must have no record of law violation.
Students
applying for visa during summer vacation may be rejected, if you can not
present strong evidence of no intention to work illegally in Taiwan during
the period. Fee is not refundable, if rejected. |
