China Student Visa - X or F Visa

Please Prepare and Send the Following Documents:

Actual passport, signed, valid at least 15 month beyond stay with blank visa page

US passport page 22, 23 and 24 are not visa pages and won't be acceptable for visas. If you also need passport service, please refer to: US passport Adding Visa Page or US Passport Renewal

One Visa Application Form Q-2007 per person

Completely filled-out and signed. Fill out either on your computer or using black or blue pen. Do not use pencil or pen with red ink.

One recent passport-type photograph

Full face, frontal with a plain white or off-white background, 2"x2" in size. Photo printed on regular paper or photo of poor quality is not acceptable.

One approved JW201 or JW202 issued by the State Education Ministry of China.

Please keep the original JW202 and send in a good quality photocopy. Click here for sample JW-202

One admission letter from the receiving school

Please keep the original admission letter and send in a good quality photocopy.

One online Visa Service Request Form

This is the best way to tell us your application is coming as well as your return address and contact information so that confirmation and status updated can be sent to you via email.

Other requirements for Chinese descents from Mainland China only. Skip it, if you are not.

Remarks:
1. Student visa will be issued based on JW202. If the duration of your study is less than 10 months, only single entry F visa will be issued. If you need to exit China during your study period, you may apply for re-entry permit while you are in China before your trip. If your duration of study is 10 months or over, you may request for 12 months multiple entry X visa.
2.Physical Examination Record is not required for visa application.

Remarks:
Return Shipping Fee listed is for return addresses within the continental U.S. If your return address is in Alaska, Canada, Hawaii, Puerto Rico or the US Virgin Islands, please include an additional $10.00 per order.
Saturday Delivery is not included. Saturday Delivery can only be arranged upon request, additional fee will apply.

Forms of Payment:

We accept money order, cashiers check, bank check, certified check or cash. Please make check or money order payable to VisaRite Services Inc. You can write the total amount on one check or money order, no need to send separate checks or money order. Personal check is not acceptable.

You may also pay by credit card. If you select this option, please fill out and sign one credit card charge authorization form and enclose it in your application package.
