	China Student Visa - X Visa
	Please Prepare and Send the Following Documents:
1	Actual passport, signed, valid at least 15 month beyond stay with blank visa page
	US passport page 22, 23 and 24 are not visa pages and won't be acceptable for visas. If you also need passport service, please refer to: US passport Adding Visa Page or US Passport Renewal
2	One Visa Application Form Q-2007 per person
	Completely filled-out and signed. Fill out either on your computer or using black or blue pen. Do not use pencil or pen with red ink.
3	One recent passport-type photograph
	Full face, frontal with a plain white or off-white background, 2"x2" in size. Photo printed on regular paper or photo of poor quality is not acceptable.
4	One approved JW201 or JW202 issued by the State Education Ministry of China.
	You may keep the original and send in a legible copy of JW202. Click here for sample JW-202
5	One admission letter from the receiving school
	You may keep the original and send in a legible copy of the admission letter
6	One online Visa Service Request Form
	This is the best way to tell us your application is coming as well as your return address and contact information so that confirmation and status updated can be sent to you via email.
	Other requirements for Chinese descents from Mainland China only. Skip it, if you are not.
	Remarks: 1.F visa will be issued instead of X visa, if your stay in China is less than 6 months. 2. Multiple entry visa is possible, if duration of your study is 1 year or more. Call for details. 3.Physical Examination Record is not required for visa application.

	Remarks: Return Shipping Fee listed is for return addresses within the continental U.S. If your return address is in Alaska, Canada, Hawaii, Puerto Rico or the US Virgin Islands, please include an additional $10.00 per order.
	Forms of Payment:
	We accept money order, cashiers check, bank check, certified check or cash. Please make check or money order payable to VisaRite Services Inc. You can write the total amount on one check or money order, no need to send separate checks or money order. Personal check is not acceptable.      You may also pay by credit card. If you select this option, please fill out and sign one credit card charge authorization form and enclose it in your application package.
