	24 months multiple entry visa is issued to executives of US Fortune 500 companies that have subsidiary company or factory in China. The subsidiary must have the same business name as the parent company in the US. In addition, proof of previous multiple entry Chinese visa and at least 2 entry stamps in the recent 12 months is required.
	Please note 24 months visa is not guaranteed. Chinese Consulate may downgrade your visa to next level according to their discretion without explanation. If this occurs, the fee will be adjusted according to the visa issued.

	Please Prepare and Send the Following Documents:

1	Actual US passport, signed, has at least 27 months validity left and at least 3 blank visa pages
	US passport page 22, 23 and 24 are not visa pages and won't be acceptable for visas. If you also need passport service, please refer to: US passport Adding Visa Page or US Passport Renewal
	Passport must have remaining validity of at least 27 months.
	24 Months visa not granted for non-US passport holders.

2	Evidence of at least 2 business trips to China within one year.
	One photocopy of the most recent multiple entry F visa expired less than one year.
	Plus a photocopy of 2 most recent China entry stamps from your passport.

3	One Visa Application Form Q-2007 per person
	Completely filled-out and signed. Fill out either on your computer or using black or blue pen. Do not use pencil or pen with red ink.

4	One recent passport-type photograph
	Full face, frontal with a plain white or off-white background, 2"x2" in size. Photo printed on regular paper or photo of poor quality is not acceptable.

5	An introduction letter from the US parent company
	A business letter from the U.S. company on company letterhead requesting for 24 months multiple entry visa (sample business letter)

6	An invitation letter from your Chinese subsidiary
	An invitation letter from your Chinese subsidiary in Mainland China explaining you need to travel to China frequently in next 2 years for business purposes. The subsidiary name and logo should match the ones of the parent company.

7	One online Visa Service Request Form
	This is the best way to tell us your application is coming as well as your return address and contact information so that confirmation and status updated can be sent to you via email.

	Other requirements for Chinese descents from Mainland China only. Skip it, if you are not.

	Visa Fees and Return Shipping Fee
	= The total amount is US$260

	Remarks: Return Shipping Fee listed is for return addresses within the continental U.S. If your return address is in Alaska, Canada, Hawaii, Puerto Rico or the US Virgin Islands, please include an additional $10.00 per order.

	Forms of Payment:
	We accept money order, cashiers check, bank check, certified check, company check or cash. Please make check or money order payable to VisaRite Services Inc. You can write the total amount on one check or money order, no need to send separate checks or money order. Personal check is not acceptable. You may also pay by credit card. If you select this option, please fill out and sign one credit card charge authorization form and enclose it in your application package.
