	Double Entry Chinese Business Visa - VisaRite Express Plus Service

	Please Prepare and Send the Following Documents:

1	Actual passport, signed, has sufficient*9 months validity left and one blank visa page
	* US passport page 22, 23 and 24 are not visa pages and won't be acceptable for visas. If you need additional passport pages, please refer to: US passport Adding Visa Pages
	* Passport remaining validity of 9 months is required for a Single Entry Visa. If you need passport renewal service, please refer to US Passport Renewal
	* Non US passport holders are required to provide additional paperwork.

2	One Visa Application Form Q-2007 per person
	Completely filled-out and signed. Fill out either on your computer or using black or blue pen. Do not use pencil or pen with red ink. Consulate may reject your application, if section 4 is not completed. Important: section 4.1 - 4.6 must be your contact information in the US; Section 4.7 - 4.10 must be your contact information in China. Do not leave them blank. Please refer to Q-2007 Explained for detail instruction and hint.

3	One recent passport-type photograph
	Full face, frontal with a plain white or off-white background, 2"x2" in size. Photo printed on regular paper or photo of poor quality is not acceptable. Please refer to the link for detail photo specification requirement.

4	An invitation letter from Chinese counterpart
	An invitation letter from a Chinese company, or a Chinese organization or a Chinese Government office is required. The Invitation letter should state you are invited and explain the purpose of your trip. The letter must be on Chinese counter part letterhead. Fax or scan copy are acceptable in most cases. 5	A business letter on your company letterhead
	A business letter on your company letterhead addressed to "Consulate of the Peoples Republic of China, Visa Section". The letter must specify the employee name, position, explaining the business intention and duration of the trip, company and person to visit, guaranteeing financial support for you while in China and return transportation (click for a sample business letter). Those self-employed also needs to provide photocopy of the business registration or license.

6	Submit the online Visa Service Request Form
	This is the best way to tell us your application is coming as well as your return address and contact information so that confirmation and status updated can be sent to you via email.

	Other requirements for Chinese descents from Mainland China only. Skip it, if you are not.

	Visa Fees and Return Shipping Fee
	Consular Fee: $170.00 Visa Processing Fee: $100.00 Return Shipping Fee: $20.00. Passports will be returned by FedEx or UPS priority overnight service
	= The total amount is US$290.00
	Remarks: Return Shipping Fee listed is for return addresses within the continental U.S. If your return address is in Alaska, Canada, Hawaii, Puerto Rico or the US Virgin Islands, please include an additional $10.00 per order.

	Forms of Payment:
	We accept money order, cashiers check, certified check, company check or cash. Please make check or money order payable to VisaRite Services Inc. You can write the total amount on one check or money order, no need to send separate checks or money order. Personal check is not acceptable. You may also pay by credit card. If you select this option, please fill out and sign one credit card charge authorization form and enclose it in your application package.
