Single Entry Chinese Tourist Visa - VisaRite Express Plus Service

During the months of May, June and July, Chinese Consulate may need 1 extra day to process the visa application due to high volume. Please allow yourself sufficient time. If you need your visa as quickly as possible, we suggest you to send your application for morning delivery. FedEx Priority Overnight or UPS Next Day AM is recommended.

Please Prepare and Send the Following Items

Actual passport, plus a photocopy of the name page

* Please submit your current passport. The Chinese visa will be affixed into the passport, therefore your actual passport is required.

* Passport needs to have at least 6 months validity left on the day of travel, if you are applying for a Single Entry Visa. If your passport has less than the required validity left, you must renew your passport first. If you need passport services, please visit our expedited passport services section.

* The last 3 pages in US passports are not visa pages. These are amendment pages, reserved by the US Department of State for amendment to the passport. They won't be acceptable for visas. If your passport has no blank visa pages left, you may add additional visa pages. If you need passport services, please visit our expedited passport services section.

* Non-US passport holders must provide a notarized photocopy of the US Green Card, or a valid long term US visa.

* Some non-US passport holders (holding passport from countries on the attached list ) are required to apply in person.

One Visa Application Form V.2011A per person

Please fill out the application form on your computer, print a hard copy and sign it on section 6.2.
Hand written form is not acceptable.
Please check for omission and error before you print the form.
All fields in are mandatory. If a section doesn't apply, please type in "None" or "N/A'. Incomplete form will be rejected.
Change or correction is not allowed on the printed form. You must print a new form in case of any change or correction.
We strongly suggest you to save the completed form on your computer in case of any change (choose File, Save from menu)

Non-US passport holders must also fill out V.2011B form.

One recent passport-type photograph

Do not use the same photo as in your passport unless your passport was issued in less than 6 months.
Full face, frontal with a plain white or off-white background, 2"x2" in size.
Photo printed on regular paper or photo of poor quality is not acceptable.
Photo needs to be taken within 6 months.
Please use paper clip to attach the photo to the form. Do not staple or glue the photo!

Travel Evidence or Invitation Letter

Effective August 1, 2012, one of the following documents is required:

Photocopy of round-trip airline ticket AND hotel reservation; OR

Invitation Letter for Tourist Group issued by a Duly Authorized Tourism Unit; OR

Private Invitation Letter by individuals. If the invitation is issued by an individual, a photocopy of that person's Chinese ID is required. If the inviter is not a Chinese citizen, a photocopy of the inviter's passport, together with a photocopy of inviter's China residence permit is required.

*The Private invitation letter sent by individuals in China must include the following items:
(a) Personal information of the application: name, gender, date of birth, passport number, etc.
(b) Information concerning the applicant's visit to China: purpose of the visit, date of arrival and leaving, places to visit, relationship between the applicant and the inviter, and who will bear the cost of the applicant's accommodations in China.
(c) Information of the inviter: name of the individual, phone number, address and signature of the inviter.

Invitation letter can be submitted as a photocopy. However, original invitation might be requested at visa officer's discretion.

Consular Fee: $170.00

Visa Processing Fee: $120.00

Return Shipping Fee: $25.00. Passports will be returned by FedEx Overnight Service

= The total amount is US$315.00

Remarks:

Return Shipping Fee listed is for return addresses within the continental U.S. If your return address is in Alaska, Canada, Hawaii, Puerto Rico or the US Virgin Islands, please include an additional $10.00 per order.

Forms of Payment (Please include the payment in your application package)

We accept money order, cashiers check, certified check or cash. Please make check or money order payable to VisaRite Services Inc. and write your service request confirmation number in the memo. You can write the total amount on one check or money order, no need to send separate checks or money order. Personal check is not acceptable.

You may also pay by credit card. If you select this option, please fill out and sign one credit card charge authorization form and enclose it in your application package.
