	6-Month Multiple Entry Chinese Tourist Visa - VisaRite Express Service

	The decision to grant or deny the multiple entry visa to China lays entirely with the Chinese Consulate.

	Please Prepare and Send the Following Items

1	Actual passport, plus a photocopy of the name page
	* Please submit your current passport. The Chinese visa will be affixed into the passport, therefore your actual passport is required.
	* Passport remaining validity required: 15 months for 12 months visa, 9 months for 6 months visas. If your passport has less than the required validity left, you must renew your passport first. If you need passport services, please visit our expedited passport services section.
	* The last 3 pages in US passports are not visa pages. These are amendment pages, reserved by the US Department of State for amendment to the passport. They won't be acceptable for visas. If your passport has no blank visa pages left, you may add additional visa pages. If you need passport services, please visit our expedited passport services section.
	* Non US passport holders are not accepted for multiple entry visa. Call us for details.

2	One Visa Application Form V.2011A per person
	Please fill out the application form on your computer, print a hard copy and sign it on section 6.2. Hand written form is not acceptable. Please check for omission and error before you print the form. All fields in are mandatory. If a section doesn't apply, please type in "None" or "N/A'. Incomplete form will be rejected. Change or correction is not allowed on the printed form. You must print a new form in case of any change or correction. We strongly suggest you to save the completed form on your computer in case of any change (choose File, Save from menu) We also suggest you to email us your saved form for review first, if you need need Express or Express Plus Service. You send as email attachment to: form@visarite.com, On email subject, please type: V2011form for review from your name. Please refer to V.2011A Instruction for more instruction and hint. Non-US passport holders must also fill out V.2011B form.

3	One recent passport-type photograph
	Full face, frontal with a plain white or off-white background, 2"x2" in size. Photo printed on regular paper or photo of poor quality is not acceptable. Photo needs to be taken within 6 months. If you use the same photo as in your passport and your passport was issued more than 6 months ago, the photo will be rejcted. Please use paper clip to attach the photo to the form. Do not staple or glue the photo! Please refer to the link for detail photo specification requirement.

4	Submit the online Visa Service Request Form
	This is the best way to tell us your application is coming as well as your return address and contact information so that confirmation and status updated can be sent to you via email.

5	Payment for visa processing, service and shipping
	Consular Fee: $160.00 Visa Processing Fee: $60.00 Return Shipping Fee: $20.00. Passports will be returned by FedEx or UPS overnight service
	= The total amount is US$240.00
	Remarks: Return Shipping Fee listed is for return addresses within the continental U.S. If your return address is in Alaska, Canada, Hawaii, Puerto Rico or the US Virgin Islands, please include an additional $10.00 per order.

	Forms of Payment (Please include the payment in your application package)
	We accept money order, cashiers check, certified check or cash. Please make check or money order payable to VisaRite Services Inc. and write your service request confirmation number in the memo. You can write the total amount on one check or money order, no need to send separate checks or money order. Personal check is not acceptable. You may also pay by credit card. If you select this option, please fill out and sign one credit card charge authorization form and enclose it in your application package.
