Effective Jan. 25th, 2023, Chinese Consulate in New York and Embassy in DC will resume in person visa application for M, F, Z, R, Q, S, X visas. The Chicago and San Francisco Consulate will resume services on Feb. 3rd, 2023.
Our service fee for China visa handling starts from $249. The embassy fee is $140 and the return shipping fee is $36 via Federal Express. Only $140 will be refunded if you wish to cancel your order, after the processing has started. There will be no refund or withdrawal of your application once we have submitted your application to the Embassy.
Many factors can impact the time it takes for a visa to be processed. In most cases, we have processed visas within 2 weeks after an appointment is secured. However, unforeseen delays can sometimes occur during the application process. We recommend that you avoid purchasing your travel tickets until you have received your visa.
To start, please read the instructions below and prepare the application paperwork accordingly, then email us with your application paperwork for pre-check. We will verify your visa application eligibility and send you our payment and then shipping instructions.
You will need to fill out the new Chinese Visa Online Application Form (COVA) and send us your application ID along with your passport number. This form is completed online and typically consists of 8-10 pages, depending on the applicant's specific circumstances. The form will ask for detailed information about family members, educational background starting from high school, and employment history. Therefore, we suggest that you complete the form, but do not submit it until you have reviewed it with us. While we cannot fill out the form for you, we can review and assist you in checking it for most common errors before it is submitted. In the event that the Embassy requires any edits or corrections, they will ask the applicant to complete the form again. The Embassy does not accept any handwritten corrections on the generated PDF form.
