Standard Procedure

Please prepare your application package according to the instruction page and complete the Service Request Form. We suggest you send your package to us using trackable service such as: FedEx, UPS, DHL, Airborne, Express Mail and Certified Mail.

After we receive your package and verify your documents, we will advise you by email that we have received your documents and they are being processed. Our experienced staff will check your application documents for correctness and completeness. If there is any concern about your documents, we will contact with you immediately.

Your application form, passport and other supporting documents will be hand-delivered to the respective Passport Agency or Consulate on the same day if we receive your mail before 9:00 am. When your passport or visa is ready, we will normally ship it back to you on the same day. We will email you again to inform you the tracking number of your return package.
