Visa is a permission to enter a different country. Visa is a privilege, not a right. VisaRite is your service agent, VisaRite doesn't make decision to grant or deny visa.
Application may only be withdrawn before we hand in your paperwork to the Consulate or Passport Agency for processing (please check status online). However a $25 (each application) reviewing & handling fee plus return shipping fee will be charged. Balance will be refunded in the same form of payment within 5 business days. Fee is non-refundable once application is submitted to the Consulate or Passport Agency.
VisaRite guarantees the success of your visa or/and passport application. If you visa or/and passport application is declined for any reason due to our error, our handling service is 100% refundable. Refund will be made in the same form of payment within 5 business days.

Completed visas and passports are normally sent by Federal Express, UPS or other courier services and are subject to the conditions set by these companies for shipment. VisaRite shall not be held responsible for any loss or delays caused these delivery services.
VisaRite shall not be held liable for any damages whether direct, indirect, incidental or consequential in excess of the VisaRite Service fees paid by customer for visa processing.
VisaRite's liability for loss or damage to a passport during the course of visa processing is limited to the actual replacement cost of the passport.
VisaRite shall not be held liable for loss or delay caused by events beyond our control, including but not limited to weather conditions, strikes, terrorist activities, military actions, acts of God or for any other acts of any third party.
Processing time for visas quoted by VisaRite are approximations based on our experience with Embassies, Consulates under normal circumstances, and are deemed reliable in most cases but are not guaranteed. Processing time should be calculated starting the next business day of the date when the documents are delivered to VisaRite.
VisaRite reserves the right to decline processing of visa or passport application for reasons including but not limited to incomplete documentation, insufficient processing time.
